  • Job Description:
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking global people strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to unlock synergies and improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Lead the design and delivery of strategic learning and development initiatives that support workforce requirements and operational readiness.
  • Foster a values-driven, inclusive, and psychologically safe culture that inspires high performance and belonging across all levels of the group.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistency, risk management, and continuous improvement in HR policies and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Executive-level experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development, and Workforce Planning.
  • Proven experience leading people strategy within a national and/or global, matrixed organisation, preferably from within engineering/manufacturing domains.
  • Acute business acumen, pragmatism, and a commercial mindset.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive and board level and align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
