We have an expanding presence across Australia, New Zealand, and select international markets, committed to delivering high-quality products, trusted partnerships, and exceptional customer experiences.
In this newly created role, you will architect a world-class strategy that powers business performance across every region and time zone we operate in. Reporting directly to the CEO, and forming part of our executive, the leader serves as the strategic steward of our most critical asset, our people.
Key Responsibilities- Actively promote and demonstrate a commitment to our goal of having everyone return home safe
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking global strategy aligned with business goals
- Foster a values-driven, inclusive, and psychologically safe culture that inspires high performance and belonging across all levels of the group
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistency, risk management, and continuous improvement in policies and practices
We are looking for a collegiate, strategic, and values-aligned leader with:
- Executive-level experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development, and Workforce Planning
- Proven experience leading strategy within a national and/or global, matrixed organisation, preferably from within engineering/manufacturing domains
- Acute business acumen, pragmatism, and a commercial mindset
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive level and align cross-functional teams around shared goals
