The Grounds Maintenance Leader Position

At a small and friendly professional ground maintenance team, you will have the opportunity to work on a secure and ongoing workstream.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating a ride on mower
- Trimming hedging & brush cutting
- Weed spraying
Compensation and Benefits:

- A generous hourly rate in line with your experience ($35-40PH)
- A full-time permanent Monday to Friday role with regular income
- Ongoing training (e.g., first aid and white card as required)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Horticulture 3 certificate or equivalent highly regarded
- Ability and knowledge to deal with ongoing equipment maintenance
- Clean Australian drivers license
- High level of physical fitness is essential
- Great written & spoken English
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug, alcohol and police check
- The right to permanently live & work in Australia
