Healthcare Executive Leadership

The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a seasoned executive leader to oversee the provision of responsive custodial healthcare services in Corrections and Youth Justice.
As a key member of the Corrections and Justice Services group, you will be responsible for driving a program of work to develop, procure, and implement new and innovative health service approaches for adults and young people in custody.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge health service delivery models to enhance healthcare for individuals in custody and drive service improvements.
- Provide authoritative and strategic written and verbal advice to senior executives on matters related to portfolio-wide strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record in senior executive roles with experience in service planning, delivery, and performance monitoring.
- High-level policy skills with the ability to manage delivery of government policy objectives and provide strategic advice on complex issues.
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in building successful partnerships.
