Executive Director of Healthcare Services

We are seeking a seasoned senior executive to lead our healthcare services team.
- Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and systems to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
- Directly manage key personnel and oversee service delivery standards to guarantee high-quality patient care.
- Nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, community groups, and service providers.
This role requires at least 5 years of experience in senior management within the disability or healthcare sector, accompanied by a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and people management skills, excellent communication abilities, and an unwavering commitment to delivering quality care.
In addition to a proven track record of managing complex service delivery systems, strong analytical skills are essential for this position, as well as a dedication to continuous improvement.
