Field Research Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Field Research Officer to conduct surveys and interviews with households across Australia. As a Field Research Officer, you will play a crucial role in collecting data and insights that will inform businesses, governments, and institutions about the future needs of the Australian population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone interviews with respondents in a professional and accurate manner
• Achieve target response rates and data integrity scores
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:

• Enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Have market research interviewing experience or equivalent interviewing/customer engagement experience
• Be professional, have a high level of integrity, and possess mature social skills and empathy
• Be able to commit to minimum 3 shifts per week (evenings and weekends)
