Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or similar role in a large healthcare setting

  • Experience in staff supervision and development
  • Working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes
  • RN qualification with current, unrestricted registration
  • Strong communication, leadership, team collaboration, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work with technology and digital records
