Key Channel Management Position

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our customer channels division.

The role involves coordinating channel planning in alignment with the Bureau's strategic objectives and developing an investment case to support channel management. You will work closely with delivery owners, product managers, and sector leads to facilitate channel roadmap workshops and engage stakeholders on channel use and metrics.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your experience in channels and digital platforms to help us realise our ambition and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:
