Job Overview

As a Horticulturist Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing all facets of planting and grounds maintenance. This hands-on position involves leading a small team and ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional open spaces
  • Manage auditing, record keeping, and reporting
  • Oversee garden and tree planting, mowing, mulching, and pest control
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills and strong communication abilities
  • Driver's license (manual)
  • Cert III in Parks and Gardens or qualification in Horticulture/Arboriculture
  • Experience in landscape maintenance and a passion for working outdoors
