About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to lead our garden maintenance team.

This is a full-time position offering 38 hours per week, along with superannuation benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Direct a team of maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to meet timely completion of garden maintenance activities.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance the horticultural skills and safety practices of the team members.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify necessary improvements, and implement corrective actions.
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • An ACDC License (highly regarded)
  • An MR License
  • A White Card
  • A valid Drivers' license
  • Excellent communication skills as a team player
