We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Project Scheduler to join our team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia. As a key member of the Project Development Office, you will support Schedule Development for service and support of construction, operation, maintenance, and management of facility assets, infrastructure, and systems within Amentum programs and pursuits in Australia.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Master Scheduler, Program Proposals team, Project Coordinator, and Project Managers to set up, maintain, and update project schedules, resources, and costing. Your knowledge in project scheduling will be pivotal in delivering a clear and robust scheduled solution meeting corporate and customer expectations.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain master schedules utilizing MS Project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.
  • Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously and maintain real-time development status of all proposal projects.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure schedule adherence and successful project outcomes.
  • Generate high-level visibility reports and metrics to track progress and measure business benefits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma Qualifications in Business, Management, or Project Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or similar.
