Job Description

Are you a skilled Project Manager looking for a new challenge in Alice Springs?

Amentum is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join their team in Alice Springs, NT, Australia.

As a Project Manager at Amentum, you will be responsible for managing construction projects, project teams, and stakeholders. You will provide technical, scope, budget, design, safety, and schedule advice to subcontractors, stakeholders, and clients throughout a project's lifecycle.

You will work closely with the Amentum Projects and Construction team to achieve project and program success through coordinated project delivery as part of a program of works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams and stakeholders
  • Provide technical advice to subcontractors and clients
  • Develop and implement project management plans
  • Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors and client representatives
  • Establish and track key performance indicators
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Support the development of new strategies and plans for future operational support
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in project management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and consultants
  • Knowledge of schedule, scope, and budget management
  • Ability to interpret technical information and generate technical reports
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
