Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Estimator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional results.


Duties & Responsibilities
  • To accurately prepare sales estimates for tenders and contracts across single- and double-storey home designs.
  • To obtain quotes and pricing for variations.
  • To prepare and present tender documentation to clients.
  • To conduct quality checks on all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales estimating role within the residential building industry.
  • A strong knowledge of Rescode and the Building Code.
  • The ability to read and interpret construction plans.
  • A solid understanding of construction techniques, terminology, and costs, with the ability to explain them in simple terms.
  • Competence with software systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
  • A strong grasp of workflow stages in the volume home building industry from Sales Accept through to Construction.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
