Caregiver Opportunities

As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. Our clients require support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
Our Disability Support Workers work in various settings, including supported independent living environments, and are responsible for managing challenging behaviors and developing strategies to promote positive outcomes.
You will also have the chance to assist clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities, promoting their overall well-being and independence.
Requirements- 6-12 months relevant experience as a Disability Support Worker;
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain);
- Current NDIS Workers Screening (or acceptable check) and NSW Working with Children clearance (or willingness to obtain);
- Able to assist clients with medications and demonstrate a commitment to providing person-centered care;
- Nominate your own availability and achieve a real work/life balance;
