We are a leading health service provider seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for driving change management outcomes for large-scale operational projects.

Your primary focus will be on driving end-to-end change management outcomes for projects that enhance centralised decision-making, streamline workflows, and improve organisational efficiency. You will work closely with executive leaders, teams, subject matter experts, and frontline employees to co-design and embed new ways of working that enable more effective collaboration and real-time decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of implementing structured change management strategies that ensure transformation efforts are successfully adopted, sustainable, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new processes and workflows
  • Provide coaching and training to build capacity and drive adoption
  • Monitor and evaluate programme success using data and metrics
Requirements
  1. Certified in any change management discipline
  2. Formal qualification in management, organisational change management, or human resources
  3. Proven experience working as a senior change lead on transformation programmes
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
