We are seeking a highly skilled Wind Farm Operator to join our team. As one of the leading providers of human resources solutions, we have a proven track record of unleashing potential in people and companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the real-time operation of the plant, monitoring performance and condition of equipment, and recognizing any deviation from normal conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in control and monitoring positions
  • BASIC knowledge of generation plant practices, functions, and processes (preferably Wind farm)
  • Knowledge of the Australian energy market
  • High data analysis capacity
