
Senior Leadership Position: Registry Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering an organisational environment that supports staff, values performance and personal development, teamwork, customer focus and best practice outcomes in service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to contribute to strategic business objectives and support QCAT's leadership team by fostering a work environment focused on continuous improvement through identifying and implementing business, process and technological improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a work environment that prioritizes staff development, performance management and mentoring to achieve operational goals.
Evaluate and implement innovative policies and procedures that align with the tribunal's needs.
Cultivate professional relationships with key stakeholders, including judiciary members, government agencies and self-represented litigants.
Develop and review policies to ensure timely and effective registry services.
Promote engagement with Magistrates Court Services regarding service delivery expectations and resource management.
Requirements:
Establish robust workforce planning frameworks.
Implement policy reforms that foster innovative and consistent policies.
Continuously improve engagement with Magistrates Court Services regarding service delivery expectations and resource management.
