Product Design Role

This is a product design position at a rapidly growing startup that streamlines mortgage brokers' work.

A product designer will be responsible for collaborating with team members and designing end-to-end solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product design experience, within a startup, and a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and high-quality UI.

The product designer must have excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts and visions, as well as a collaborative working style, fostering team communication.

The role requires skilled user research and usability testing methodologies, business acumen to align design strategies with company goals and market trends, and technical understanding to ensure designs are feasible within the development constraints.

Key Requirements
