Aboriginal Trainee Development Opportunity

CALHN is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aboriginal individual to join our Yaityamuna Tirkanthi Traineeship Program as a trainee. This program is designed to provide on-the-job work skills and nationally recognised qualifications, aiming to address the underrepresentation of Aboriginal people in the workforce.
As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience, working across a range of vocational options such as business administration, allied health assistance, information technology, graphic design, and dental assistance. Depending on the traineeship, it can take from one to two years to complete.
The program is part of the SEED initiative, developed by CALHN to support Aboriginal employment and career development. You will gain professional employment experience while contributing to building our Aboriginal health workforce.
