Dedicated Student Engagement Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Engagement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a national student engagement strategy that fosters a positive and inclusive student experience.
About the Role:
As a Student Engagement Manager, your primary goal will be to empower key stakeholders to increase student engagement, success, and well-being. You will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop and implement initiatives that promote student satisfaction and meet regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a national calendar of events, including student engagement events and learning support workshops.
- Plan and coordinate student engagement events across campuses, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a student satisfaction survey framework to identify areas for improvement and meet regulatory requirements.
- Manage and build student engagement on social media platforms.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to Google reviews of our brand.
- Establish and engage Alumni.
- Select, coach, and meet regularly with Student Committee/Ambassadors.
- Proactively engage with our student community to increase awareness and participation in campus/student events.
- Promote student counseling services.
- Coordinate student at-risk programs in collaboration with Student Experience teams and Learning Skills Advisor.
- Manage and coordinate nationally relevant student communications and a student newsletter.
Requirements:
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering student events.
- Experience in working and engaging students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience providing student services to international students under relevant standards.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate to diverse student, staff, and/or stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability in working under pressure, handling multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
