**Job Title:** Business Solutions Expert

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Expert to support our Implementation Manager in achieving departmental KPIs. The successful candidate will provide Consulting and Implementation services to clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Define client requirements, document, build and configure solutions to meet these needs.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop executable plans for functional and technical work streams.
  • Provide best practice solutions based on customer defined business needs and rules.
  • Successfully implement products and associated services within required timeframes.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Anticipate, identify and analyse risks, problems and opportunities - establishing priorities and efficiently allocating resources.
  • Review and measure progress against specified criteria and deliverables, developing corrective action as needed.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of seniority in all mediums.
  • Demonstrate high level of customer service across all internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service experience within an Implementation / Service Delivery environment.
  • Experience with project management methodology and demonstrated success.
  • Demonstrated understanding of corporate enterprise reporting systems or CRM.
  • Ability to identify client risks and provide options for resolution.
  • Proven experience in data mapping, conversion and integrity.
  • Advanced understanding of interface technologies and data exchange between systems.
  • Experience working within a matrix organisation is preferred.
  • Multiple project experience with ability to multi-task and prioritise work under tight deadlines.

**Certifications/Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a business related field or Information Technology.
  • Proven experience may be taken in lieu of formal qualification.
  • Project Management certification is ideal.
