We are seeking an experienced Expert Accountant to join our team in Norwest, a suburb with great amenities and easy access to public transport.

This is a full-time role that involves managing the weekly payroll of approximately 50 staff members, processing invoices, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparing bulk payments.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in accounting, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of MYOB or MYOB EXO.

You will be working in an office environment, five days a week, with flexibility on start and finish times. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fun team and is happy to process invoices but also loves the reporting side of the finance function.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing employee records and calculations of superannuation, holiday, and sick leave
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports across entities, including P&L and cash flow forecasting
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Please note that this is a purely office-based role, and we do not offer work-from-home arrangements.
