Nuclear Program Manager and Practice Lead Role

This is a leadership opportunity to drive nuclear initiatives and provide strategic direction, overseeing major projects and ensuring technical and regulatory requirements are met.

Job Description:

  • Lead business development, proposal efforts, and project execution focused on geotechnical and environmental consulting, construction quality oversight, and civil infrastructure engineering.
  • Uphold internal Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA) standards across all nuclear projects and participate in internal and third-party audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical Engineering or Geology
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Geologist (PG), ideally in multiple states where the company operates
  • Demonstrated experience in nuclear licensing, site investigations, and QA programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Project
