Content Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to lead the creation and delivery of engaging, user-centred content across multiple formats. The successful candidate will be responsible for distilling complex superannuation and retirement topics into clear and accessible consumer content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content design principles and UX writing skills, as well as experience in producing content across diverse formats. They will also be skilled in using analytics tools to measure performance and comfortable working within Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver integrated communications across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Analyse content performance using research, data, and analytics to inform decisions and optimise impact.
  • Provide expert communications advice to stakeholders and support approval processes for content delivery.
About You

You hold tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in large-scale marketing, brand, or transformation programs within the financial services or superannuation industry. You bring advanced creative writing and storytelling skills, and experience producing content across diverse formats.
