Delivering Iconic Commercial Projects - Key Role Overview

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of secured, iconic commercial construction projects.

  • This full-time, permanent role will be based out of our Head Office in Devonport.
Main Responsibilities
  • Exceed safety, quality, and environmental targets as defined in our integrated management system.
  • Ensure projects meet BCA and Australian Standards requirements.
  • Responsible for project commercial outcomes, including contract management.
  • Safety management is paramount at all levels.
  • Awareness of environmental impacts is essential.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to employees as required.

Critical Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Formal Health and Safety training.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
