Operational Management Specialist">

A highly skilled Operational Management Specialist is required to oversee daily operations and implement workflows and systems to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.

This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, tracking business performance and generating operational reports, as well as identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes to improve profitability.

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and technology quickly are essential for this role. Additionally, a calm, diplomatic and resourceful approach to problem solving is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in senior management or operations leadership, with demonstrated experience in operational management, process improvement and team oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and implement workflows and systems to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Track business performance and generate operational reports.
  • Improve profitability by identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes.
  • Mentor, coach and support contractors and team members to thrive professionally and personally.
  • Act as a point of contact for operational questions or issues.
  • Support the founder in strategic initiatives, including online growth, marketing projects and content development.
  • Provide input and ideas to shape the business's future direction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency and team engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior management or operations leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational management, process improvement and team oversight.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
  • Calm, diplomatic and resourceful approach to problem solving.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full working rights in Australia.
