Group Reservation Manager

**Job Summary:**
We're looking for a highly motivated Group Reservation Manager to join our Reservations team at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing group reservations from initial inquiry to final confirmation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with trade partner requirements.
**The Ideal Candidate:**
You'll be an experienced professional with 2-3 years' experience in groups reservations or a similar customer service role. You'll possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of hotels, resorts, and their services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage group reservations from initial inquiry to final confirmation
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Closing sales opportunities to maximise Voyages revenue
- Complete administrative tasks to support the reservations process
