About Our Organisation

We are seeking a high-calibre Finance Business Partner to join our team and provide strategic financial guidance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimisation, driving business outcomes through informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective financial strategies, aligning with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support budgeting processes and ensure alignment with organisational targets, promoting a culture of fiscal responsibility.
  • Offer expert financial advice to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvements within the finance function, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance, complemented by professional membership with a recognised accounting body (e.g. CPA or CA).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively, communicating complex ideas with clarity and precision.
  • Experience in a similar field, with knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
