Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our 70-place centre in Moorabbin, Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children, implementing hygiene and safety practices, and driving community engagement and occupancy growth through effective marketing and family partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead the team in achieving goals that enhance the quality of care and education provided, and foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, professional development, and employee satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Manage financial performance to achieve budget targets and ensure efficient operations, and uphold National Quality Standards and support the centre through Assessment and Rating processes.
  • Community Engagement: Drive community engagement and occupancy growth through effective marketing and family partnerships, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children.

About You:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven strong experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting, with an extensive understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Qualifications: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent, and a current Victorian Working with Children's Check.
