Early Childhood Leader

As a Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets. You will also create lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing skills to increase occupancy of the service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing centre operations to meet compliance and financial targets
- Creating connections with the local community and increasing occupancy
- Mentoring and supporting centre staff to meet National Quality Standards
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager with a strong background in early childhood education and care. You will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification, a current Working with Children's Check, and experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
Key requirements include:
- Strong experience in an Assistant Centre Manager role
