About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead our 120-place centre in Moorabbin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children, implementing hygiene and safety practices, and driving community engagement and occupancy growth through effective marketing and family partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children, implementing hygiene and safety practices.
  • Lead the team in achieving goals that enhance the quality of care and education provided.
  • Drive community engagement and occupancy growth through effective marketing and family partnerships.
  • Manage financial performance to achieve budget targets and ensure efficient operations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, professional development, and employee satisfaction.
  • Uphold National Quality Standards and support the centre through Assessment and Rating processes.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven strong experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent.
  • Strong experience creating and implementing a Centre Quality Improvement Plan.
  • Childcare management software experience preferred.
  • A current Victorian Working with Children's Check.
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
