Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to join our team, responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability and performance of data infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, maintain and enhance the performance, availability and reliability of data processing systems through automation, proactive mitigation and disaster recovery planning.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers and stakeholders for seamless integration of data solutions and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, implement scripts and optimize workflows.
  • Provide production support, conduct root cause analysis and maintain documentation for incident management.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL standards, maintaining detailed runbooks and aligning with controls.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record as an SRE or similar role in Data Engineering, managing Spark platforms.
