  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced food and beverage professional to join our award-winning venues in Cairns CBD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in mixology and high-end bar service, with a strong passion for their craft.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service
  • An absolute passion for your craft
  • A high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
  • A natural energy with a fun and positive attitude
  • An innate ability to engage with guests enhancing their experience and leaving them with lasting memories

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service
  • An absolute passion for your craft
  • A high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
  • A natural energy with a fun and positive attitude

  • Current working holiday visa with a minimum 6 month commitment, relevant experience in high-end hospitality and a current QLD RSA
