Our company is looking for a Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets to ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations to deliver excellent Guest and Member experience
  • Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to the team
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Represent the needs of the team and provide support where needed
  • Assist management in achieving financial targets and contribute to departmental growth
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
  • Promote a culture of sustainability and environmental awareness
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and maintain good working relationships

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to respond to changing situations and adapt to new challenges
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
