Lead Early Childhood Educator

About the Role
As a Lead Early Childhood Educator with OSHClub, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to primary-age children.
The successful candidate will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 8:30am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30pm – 6:30pm (Stay and Play Program). You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too.
You will be responsible for facilitating an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into. You will also foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
