About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, aged six weeks to six years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Collaborate with the Room Leader to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG)
  • Establish a safe and welcoming environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a smooth transition of information and to build strong relationships
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements

  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Cert III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Blue Card / Working with Children's Check
  • Current Child Protection Training
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
