This role requires collaboration with community members, service providers and other stakeholders to develop and deliver culturally appropriate services.

The selected candidate will work towards creating a safe and accessible workplace that promotes diversity, inclusion and belonging.

About This Role

This position is negotiable within the Northern Sector of our health district.

  • Develop and implement programs to prevent family violence and promote wellbeing in Aboriginal communities.
  • Work with community members, service providers and other stakeholders to develop and deliver culturally appropriate services.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals and families affected by family violence.
  • Collaborate with other agencies to ensure a coordinated response to family violence.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to family violence prevention and response.
