The Role

You will play a key role in coordinating patient care for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to triage clinical referrals and efficiently schedule healthcare services to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and roster clinical and allied health services, ensuring timely delivery and optimized team rosters.
  • Schedule services in alignment with staff availability and location to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.
  • Manage unplanned leave by reallocating services and communicating changes effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff and client details in our management system.
  • Triage incoming referrals, assessing urgency and required services to ensure timely scheduling.
  • E nsure accurate charging of clinical services to client packages or accounts.
  • Maximize utilization of internal teams while maintaining partnerships with external providers for seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting client and staff needs with professionalism and care.
