About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our Sustaining Capital Project teams across various locations and projects in the Pilbara region.

  • Fly out of Perth or any of the clients' regional hubs, following a 5:2:4:3 roster.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to join our Tier 1 client's Sustaining Capital Project Teams as a Construction Superintendent, supporting the delivery of various portfolios of projects.

  • Work within a high-performing team that supports our Sustaining Capital delivery and study teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating a strong personal commitment to safety, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others.
  • Showcasing proven on-site construction experience across multi-disciplinary projects, including building, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, civil, heavy mobile equipment, and earthworks.
  • Assuming Statutory Supervisor accountabilities and working towards relevant qualifications by end 2025.
  • Applying wide professional knowledge, experience, technical expertise, and skills to all phases of construction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A keen interest in innovation and best practice in the engineering construction field, with a drive to apply this knowledge to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, effective problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience leading diverse teams and building stakeholder partnerships, as well as extensive contractor management and engagement experience.

Please note that this is a critical position that requires a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $130,000 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
