Parts and Service Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Service Improvement Executive to join our team in the Northern Region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategies with partners at all levels of the organisation, driving change and improving customer service by focusing on developing our Parts and Service Business.
- Influence business development activities for parts and services across the region, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to grow market share within the Parts & Service business.
- Analyse sales trends, develop and implement marketing initiatives to deliver growth locally and nationally, supporting national business improvement initiatives and project management.
- Conduct deep analytical sales territory reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Coach, lead, and mentor regional sales teams to enhance their performance and achieve targets.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or Project Management, with a proven track record of growth and success.
- The ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive results.
- Strong commercial acumen and exceptional analytical skills to inform business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
