We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join our retail store.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your knowledge of liquor products, engage with customers, and provide great customer experiences.

About the role:

  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering queries, and offering recommendations on ale, lager, merlot, and shiraz.
  • Knowledge of liquor products is essential to ensure you can assist customers effectively.
  • You'll work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting sales targets.

About you and your skills:

  • You must be able to work at pace, be energetic, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification is mandatory for selling liquor in Australia.
  • You'll need to be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 17kg, as well as reach stock on shelves.
