About This Opportunity- Manage a team of two Promotions Coordinators tasked with delivering promotional programs across multiple retail brands.
- Work with Category Managers and suppliers to guarantee accurate submission of promotional data and materials.
- Lead the planning and execution of Alternate Brand promotions, focusing on delivering value to our members.
- Collaborate with State Operations and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication of promotional activities to the retail network.
- Deliver promotional timelines in sync with business schedules, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Contribute to process improvements, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the National Merchandise Manager – IBA by aligning promotional strategy with overarching business objectives.
- Strong project or process management experience, preferably within FMCG or retail.
- Prior experience managing a team and a passion for developing others.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in retail, liquor, or similar fast-paced commercial environments.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
