Role Overview

We are seeking experienced retail professionals to join our golf shop team as Golf Shop Attendants.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong knowledge of golf equipment and etiquette.

  • Provide high-quality service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Prepare, sell and supply a range of golf merchandise, including equipment and apparel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and replenishing stock levels as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer support.
  • Other duties as directed by your supervisor.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong retail experience, preferably in the golf industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • An understanding of golf equipment and rules is highly desirable.
