Golf Club Fitting Specialist

Are you a passionate golf enthusiast looking to share your knowledge with others? We are seeking an experienced Golf Club Fitting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our golf department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on selecting the perfect clubs to enhance their game.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same. You will have the chance to engage with customers, build strong relationships, and make a real difference in their golfing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on golf club selection and fitting
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of golf technology, products, and services
  • Conduct club comparisons to help customers understand performance differences between clubs
  • Deliver accurate and efficient golf club fittings using Simulator and Launch Monitor technologies
  • Make equipment recommendations tailored to each customer's needs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of golf retail sales experience
  • 1 year of golf fitting experience preferred
  • Basic golf industry knowledge and club fitting principles
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift 30 lbs
  • Flexibility to work varied retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
