Job Description

You will work closely with technical advisors and partner organizations to deliver a wide range of projects, from site investigations and remediation strategies to environmental management plans and due diligence assessments. This dynamic multidisciplinary environment will allow you to learn about local regulations, working practices, and contribute to impactful projects based in other Australian states and territories and the wider APAC region.

  • Lead and conduct field investigations including soil and groundwater sampling, contractor supervision, and health and safety oversight.
  • Deliver high-quality technical documentation including environmental reports, remediation plans, and assessments.
  • Be an advocate of your purpose and help your team achieve its strategic priorities and deliver on its value proposition.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership, run reports, and manage tasks independently while contributing to impactful, real-world solutions. Once you've mastered this role, there will be opportunities to move into project management or leadership positions, allowing you to take your career to the next level.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Earth Science, Geology, or a related field is essential for this role. You will need strong technical knowledge of contaminated land assessment, remediation, and relevant legislation. Proven experience coordinating site work on complex and high-risk projects is also required.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to write clear, concise reports and assessments are essential for success in this position. A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for large infrastructure and environmental impact work is also crucial.
