Job Title: Menu Content Coordinator

HelloFresh is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the maintenance of their digital menu.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of digital recipes and product listings, as well as troubleshooting website and CMS-related issues in collaboration with tech and support teams.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of digital recipes and product listings by uploading content to CCM (website content manager) in line with deadlines and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a high-quality customer experience by auditing live menu content weekly, identifying and resolving errors in imagery, copy, and product details.
  • Support smooth menu activations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement content updates and product changes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
