Marketing Coordinator Job

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our team.

This is an autonomous role that involves supporting the marketing manager in bringing fun, fresh and memorable campaigns to life across two vibrant venues. The successful candidate will be involved in everything from social media and content creation to event support and print materials.

The ideal candidate will love creating engaging content, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the hospitality scene.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Boosting social media ads via meta ads/meta business suite platform.
  • Create content for social media & organise shoots with photographers & videographers.
  • Create eye-catching promotional materials including flyers, menus and signage.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and activations across both venues.
  • Assist in planning and delivering in-venue marketing events and functions.
  • Organise marketing assets, briefs and content calendars to keep us running smoothly.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touch points — digital, print, social, and events.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 1+ years' experience in a marketing or social media role.
  • Proficiency in writing copy, posting, scheduling content and boosting ads via Meta.
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or other design tools (Adobe suite).
  • A strong communicator who's organised, creative and full of initiative.
  • Bonus points if you've worked in hospitality or know the industry.
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to manage your time and juggle priorities.
