IT Infrastructure Specialist

Deliver high-quality support, maintenance, and improvement of client ICT Service Desk environments to ensure seamless performance and availability across systems and services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer day-to-day operations of client systems, servers, and infrastructure.
  • Monitor system health, capacity, and performance using appropriate tools and dashboards.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated service requests and incidents in a timely manner and according to defined standards.
  • Manage Service Desks across multiple government networks with varying sizes and classifications.
  • Ensure that service operations align with relevant service management practices and standards.
  • Participate in on-call and 24x7 support rotations as required.

Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
