Bendon Lingerie is seeking a Concession Manager to lead our MYER Bondi store, partnering with our team to drive growth and success. As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and empowering a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs.
  • Champion exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and empowering experience for all customers.
  • Become BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance and ensure customers receive the best experience.
  • Represent Bendon's values and vision, promoting a culture of empowerment and inclusivity.
  • Focus on operational excellence, including loss prevention, stock processing, and KPI achievement.
  • Partner with the Regional Manager to drive store, region, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising in the MYER PAD to Bendon standards and guidelines.
  • Empower team members to stay up-to-date with training initiatives and opportunities for growth within Bendon's training and development programs.
  • Analysis sales data, reporting, and rosters through Power BI and Ready Tech/Zambion to drive performance improvement.
Requirements:
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective working relationships.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a proven track record of driving sales to achieve and exceed store KPIs and budgets.
  • Attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Previous experience in a retail store management role, with concession experience highly regarded but not essential.
  • Commitment to Bendon's values and vision, and a passion for empowering women.
