About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team at the new JAG Bondi Store. The successful candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment, with a proven track record of driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs. They will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft efficient rosters to optimize store performance
  • Drive team performance, productivity, and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth and development
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and synergy
